The carriage of pets (not to include a trained service dogs) may be carried subject to the operating aircraft on the route taken.  The carriage of domesticated animals such as dogs and cats in the aircraft cabin is at the discretion of the captain.

Local regulations require that animals travel in appropriate travel crates or cages, whether in the cabin or hold compartment. Animals and travel crates will be weighed and charged at the prevailing excess baggage rates, unless the crate necessitates the removal of a passenger seat, in which case the passenger fare will be charged.
