November 12 2018. interCaribbean apologizes for the following flight cancellations and deeply regret any inconvenience to our passengers as a result of our schedule cancellations listed here and do truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
Please call Customer Call Center for assistance, dialing the toll free number or local number displayed for the Country in which you are calling from, as published on our website www.intercaribbean.com, under ‘Contact Us’.
Passengers will be permitted full refund on any unused ticket or can be rebooked within one year without a penalty.
REFUND REQUESTS FOR AFFECTED FLIGHTS should be addressed to customerservice@interCaribbean.com with name, booking number and flights affected.

All passengers MUST be holding confirm Ticket purchase Prior to 11th November 2018, or on a Subsequent flight affected by Schedule Change.
a. Passengers will be permitted to rebook for travel within one (1) year, without a penalty, using the following guideline.
- Totally unused ticket – 1 year from the date of issuance
- Partially used ticket – 1 year from the first (1st) date of departure.
a. Passengers will be permitted full refund on any unused ticket during that period.
b. Customers are to submit ALL refund requests to; email@example.com, and our team will action these within 72 hours as follows;
- Credit Card Payments – Will be refunded to credit card used. This should be reflected on the card within 7 business days.
- Cash Payment – Will be paid by cheque, within 7 business days.
- Travel Agents Tickets – Authorization will give to travel agents to process refund via their BSP or ARC link, using the authorization number provided by the customer service team.
